1The store

2Prices and tax

• All prices are in Saudi Riyals.
• VAT is added at 15% and is shown separately at checkout before you confirm.
• The amount charged is the total shown in your order summary at the moment you confirm.

3Orders and acceptance

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if stock has run out or a price is obviously wrong. You are refunded in full if we do.

4Payment

• We accept cards and mada through Moyasar, cash on delivery, and invoiced terms for approved wholesale accounts.
• No other payment method is accepted.

5Wholesale accounts

• Wholesale accounts are reviewed before approval, and we may ask for your commercial registration and VAT certificate.
• We may suspend a wholesale account that does not meet its payment terms.

6Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private.
• The details you enter are taken as correct, and the address you select is the one we deliver to.

7Products

• These are fresh, perishable food products, which is what shapes the return policy.
• Photographs may differ slightly from the product delivered.

8Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
