Traffic, heat, and a shop where you hunt for one thing and leave with half of it. We chose, we cut it the day you ordered, we loaded the cold van — and it reaches your door as cold as it left.
Before it reaches your fridge we have already made its whole trip — choosing, checking, keeping it cold. So that when you open it, the only thing you think about is the taste.
01 · Choosing
We pick it as if it were going on our own table.
02 · Checking
The name on the box is the name of what is inside it.
03 · Cold
Cold from us — all the way to your fridge.
04 · First bite
And after a long day, the first bite should be right.
And to say quality, we have to be able to prove it.
Cut the day you order
Wheels are cut and packed after your order lands, not before.
Under their real names
Akkawi, halloumi, shelal, makdous, quresh — written as they are.
The whole table
Cheese with the olives, pickles and halawa, in one order.
The name on the box
A factory-sealed pack keeps its maker’s name.
Vegetable fat, named
A vegetable fat blend. Never butter, never ghee.
Refrigerated, our own vans
It leaves in Firno’s refrigerated vans, not with a courier.

NOT SURE WHAT TO PICK?
Tell us how many people and what the occasion is, and we will lay it out — swap anything you do not want.
We did the choosing
Roumy is aged and sharp — sliced thin and eaten as it is. Quresh is soft and lightly salted, the base of the breakfast plate. Damietta is salted and firm, for sandwiches and cooking. All three are in the Egyptian Cheese Table box, with Iskandarani and black honey.
The cutting is on us
Wheels stay whole in the cold room until your order lands, then they are cut to the weight you chose and packed the same day. Pre-cut cheese dries at the edges and loses its balance of salt — which is why we do not cut for a shelf.
And we lay the table
A base cheese, then Quresh or labneh, then olives and pickles, then halawa and tahini. That is the order of an Egyptian breakfast table — and it is also the order of the breakfast box, if you would rather skip the choosing.
THE JOURNEY
You order
Choose from 195 items across 12 sections — cheese, olives, pickles and makdous, tahini and halawa, jams, labneh, butter, zaatar. Orders in before 2pm enter the same day’s preparation.
Cut and packed
Wheels stay whole in the cold room until your order lands, then they are cut to the weight you chose. The cutting date is written on the label by hand — not a pre-printed code.
Out cold
Every order is packed with insulation and gel ice, and leaves in Firno’s own refrigerated vans. The cold chain is never broken between the warehouse and your door.
