Chosen at the source
Roumy, Quresh, Damiettaeach cheese has a job at the table.
Roumy is aged and sharp — sliced thin and eaten as it is. Quresh is soft and lightly salted, the base of the breakfast plate. Damietta is salted and firm, for sandwiches and cooking. We buy from suppliers we know by name, and a wheel we do not like never reaches the shelf. All three are in the Egyptian Cheese Table box, with Iskandarani and black honey.

The cutting is on us
Cut after you ordernot a week before.
Wheels stay whole in the cold room until your order lands, then they are cut to the weight you chose, packed the same day and loaded into a chilled van. Pre-cut cheese dries at the edges and loses its balance of salt — which is why we do not cut for a shelf, and never sell you yesterday's cut.

And we lay the table
Start with one cheeseand build around it.
A base cheese, then Quresh or labneh, then olives and pickles, then halawa and tahini. That is the order of an Egyptian breakfast table — and the order of our ready boxes, where you see every item with its weight and price before you add it, and swap anything you do not want.

Before 2pm.
Choose from 195 items across 12 sections — cheese, olives, pickles and makdous, tahini and halawa, jams, labneh, butter, zaatar. Orders in before 2pm enter the same day’s preparation.

Cut and packed
The same day, not off a shelf.
Wheels stay whole in the cold room until your order lands, then they are cut to the weight you chose. The cutting date is written on the label by hand — not a pre-printed code.

Out cold
In our vans, not a courier’s.
Every order is packed with insulation and gel ice, and leaves in Firno’s own refrigerated vans. The cold chain is never broken between the warehouse and your door.

It arrives
Riyadh and Abha.
Delivery is free over SAR 350 and SAR 20 below it. Pay on delivery, by Mada, or by bank transfer — and the price you saw already includes VAT.
