Where we deliver

We deliver within Saudi Arabia. Cities currently served: Data needed.

Cost

  • A flat delivery fee, shown at checkout before you confirm.
  • Delivery is free above the order value shown on the basket page.

  • Orders confirmed after the end of the working day are prepared the next working day.

Tracking

We email you when your order ships, with a tracking number where the courier provides one. You can follow the status under “My orders”.

Keeping product safe in transit

Chilled products are transported to hold their temperature. If a chilled item arrives in poor condition, contact us the same day — see the return policy.

If we cannot deliver

The driver calls the number attached to your address. If delivery fails because nobody is available or the address is wrong, we contact you to reschedule.
